1. Nay-Mag Ltd is a company registered under Company case No.986/2007 of Sofia City Court, BULSTAT 1451238, management address: Sofia, region Oborishte, 78 “Cherkovna” street.

2. Customer is any user that registered in order to use the services offered by Nay-Mag Ltd on the nay-mag.com website.

3. Supplier is a person operating in trade in or delivery of foods and beverages.

Ill-intentioned activities are actions or failures to act in violation of Internet ethics or causing harm to persons connected to the Internet or associated networks, sending of unsolicited mail (unsolicited commercial messages, SPAM, JUNK MAIL), flooding of channels, acquiring access to resources with other persons’ rights and passwords, abuse of deficiencies in the systems with a view to personal benefit or acquiring of information (HACK), engaging in actions that may be qualified as industrial espionage or sabotage, damage or destruction of system of information arrays (CRACK), sending of “Trojan horses” or causing the installation of viruses or remote control systems, disruption of the normal work of other users of Internet or associated networks, performing any activities whatsoever that may be qualified as crime or an administrative offence under the Bulgarian legislation or other applicable law.

Delivery of products: Nay-Mag Ltd has integrated all European requirements with regard to the storage and transportation of products. Our vehicles are equipped with individual refrigerators, which keep products fresh and fit to use. We recommend that any frozen products supplied by us be kept in a freezer.

In order to receive the delivery you must provide us with an exact address, a telephone number to contact you and the name of the recipient. If there is an officer at the front door of the building who controls access, he or she must be notified of our arrival or be authorized to accept the delivery.

In the event of extraordinary weather condition, which do not allow our staff to deliver your order, Nay-Mag Ltd has the right to change the hour or date of the delivery. It shall be our responsibility to inform you of the delay, as well as to indemnify you if necessary. If your address is inaccessible to our staff, we will contact you in order to find the best solution.

Should we fail to find you at the time of delivery you have specified at the respective address and there is no one to accept the order on your behalf, our representative may additionally contact you at the telephone number you have specified in the order. Should the delivery be delayed through your fault, an additional price of BGN 5 will be charged to your delivery bill.

By accepting of these terms of use you confirm that you are informed that the payment shall be made after the delivery.
